Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina is a Kyrgyzstani-Peruvian Muay thai fighter, mixed martial artist, and is a competitor in the UFC flyweight division. Valentina is her younger sister and a fellow UFC competitors. Antonina Shevchenko began her fight sporting career with an Muay Thai kickboxer. She made her debut at the IFMA World Championship Tournament 2003 Shevchenko took the title and beat Suzane Miller in the finals via the unanimous vote. She was victorious by second round TKO and won her next two fights at WXF: X-Impact World Championships 2003 to amass an overall record of 3-0. Shevchenko dedicated herself to kickboxing as she took a prolonged absence of MMA. She returned in 2017, when she fought Anissa Hasdaoui. Shevchenko lost 1-2 in her next 3-fights, defeating Ariane Lipski before falling to Katlyn Chookagian and Andrea Lee. Antonina was recently lost to Casey O'Neill in UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
